Meet Hollie Fleming, M.S. CCC-SLP
Exceeding Expectations, Delivering Client Centered Care
Born and raised in Springfield, Missouri, Hollie graduated with her Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from Missouri State University in 2007. Hollie Fleming holds a Certificate of Clinical Competency in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association. She holds a state license to practice Speech Language Pathology in Missouri, Nevada, Illinois, and Alaska. In addition, she also holds educational licensure in Speech Language Pathology from the Board of Education in Nevada, Illinois, and Alaska.
Hollie's experience as Speech Language Pathologist in 5 states sets her apart from her colleagues in experience with special populations, cultural awareness, and special education policy and procedures. Hollie's experience working as a contractor at for the Defense and Brain Injury Center (DVBIC) at Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson in Anchorage, Alaska allowed for unique multidisciplinary treatment of service members and their families.
Hollie's husband is active duty in the United States Air Force. Their daughter attends high school in Las Vegas, NV at Las Vegas Academy of the Arts. The Fleming family includes a Labrador Retriever. In her free time, Hollie enjoys spending time with family, enjoying the outdoors, camping, hiking, food, yoga, and travel.
Hollie is passionate about communication. She goes above and beyond to identify functional treatment modalities that yield optimal results. Hollie implements a whole person treatment approach that incorporates evidence based practice methods and holistic models. Hollie will work with your family to provide client centered care leading to functional improvements in communication and quality of life.
In Spring 2024, Hollie joined the Nevada State University Scorpions as a Part Time Instructor for the Speech Language Pathology program. Passion for the communications, mentorship, and inspiration are her goals.
Hollie serves on the Board of Directors for the Nevada Speech Language and Hearing Association as Co-Vice President. The mission of the Nevada Speech Language Hearing Association (NSHA) is to promote the practice of quality speech, language and hearing services for children and adults throughout the State of Nevada and to provide leadership in the issues that have an impact on our profession.
Hollie Fleming Speech Therapy is a member of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce. Hollie serves on the Executive Women's Council.

My name is Ilianna Goettel, M.S. CCC-SLP
Ilianna is a Florida native who graduated from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida in 2020. Ilianna holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association, as well as holding a state license to practice in Nevada. Ilianna has worked in a variety of settings, including outpatient rehabilitation, inpatient rehabilitation, home health, and ABA centers. In working across a variety of settings, she has treated a range of patients as young as 6 months, well into the senior population. Ilianna has completed varied continuing education courses, including Talk Tools Oral Motor and Oro-Myofunctional Disorders to expand her knowledge and expertise with feeding and oral motor treatment for pediatric/adolescent/teen/adults. Additionally, she has had considerable experience in utilizing Augmentative Alternative Communication (AAC) across all ages.
Ilianna’s hobbies include spending time with friends and loved ones, being outdoors (hiking, camping, swimming), traveling all over the world, exercising, and spending time with her dog, Banks.

My name is Alexandra Conelli, RBT, SLP Student, SLP Technician
Alexandra is working towards her Bachelors Degree in the Speech Pathology program at Nevada State University. She also currently holds a Registered Behavior Technician certification and practices ABA Therapy in-home along with experience working in ABA based clinics. Originally from New York, Alexandra moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 2023 along with her partner and two dogs, Leia and Kaia, to focus on her education and gain more experience in the medical field. She is dedicated to becoming a Speech-Language Pathologist and currently working as a SLP technician while attending school.
Alexandra is passionate about helping others and doing whatever it takes to gain experience to better her understanding on the best methods to help, encourage, and support individuals through their speech therapy journey!

My name is Cassidy Naypauer, M.S., CCC-SLP
Cassidy is from Cleveland, Ohio, and just moved out to Las Vegas this August! She graduated Miami University of Ohio in 2021 with a B.S in speech pathology & audiology, and a B.A in Spanish. In 2023, she earned her Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology at Baldwin Wallace University, where she had the opportunity to build connections with speech therapists in Zambia. Cassidy hold's a Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA, and is licensed by the state and education boards of Ohio and Nevada. She fell in love with this field because it encapsulates her passions for multilingual and multicultural language development, literacy, and education. Her therapy approach emphasizes the importance of naturalistic play, clients’ interests, and books. Cassidy is currently also working in the public schools, where she focuses on functional communication and AAC. Outside of speech therapy, she loves hiking and traveling, whether that’s to a new national park, back to Cleveland, or out of the country!

My name is Erin Thomas, M.A., CCC-SLP
Erin is originally from a small town in Northern Michigan. Erin graduated with a double major in psychology and communication disorders in 2012 and with a Master's of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology in 2015. She is licensed in Michigan and Nevada. Erin has worked in numerous settings including inner city schools, private practice, home health, and transitional living facilities.
Erin has a passion for working with diverse speech therapy populations that stems from having a father who immigrated to the U.S. as well as family in Japan, Taiwan, England, and Scotland. She enjoys traveling to see her family as well as drinking tea and watching documentaries with her two cats.
Erin chose the field of speech-language pathology after spending time in speech therapy as a child. She enjoys the intersection of psychology, education, and counseling that speech language pathology allows. She believes in the provision of services that are affirming and respectful of neurodivergent populations, LGBTQIA populations, and culturally diverse populations.
