  • Can I come into the office for services?
    Yes! We are conveniently located in the Summerlin community of Las Vegas, NV. We have a large parking lot. Parking is free.
  • Can I log in for virtual services?
    Yes! Virtual services, also known as teletherapy, telehealth, or telepractice is available. You will be provided with a HIPAA compliant Zoom link to access your services. This is available to all private pay clients. If you are using health insurance to pay for your services the answer will depend on if your health insurance covers telehealth visits for speech therapy services. Contact your insurance carrier to find out if telehealth services are covered.
  • Can I attend some sessions in office and some virtually?
    Yes! We work with each client to meet individualized needs.   • Can I book appointments online?
    Yes. Once you have had your initial appointment in our clinic, you may book appointments online through your Client Portal. This is where you may view upcoming appointments, request new appointments, complete paperwork, and send us secure messages.
  • What are your clinic hours?
    We offer services by appointment only.
  • Do I need a referral?
    A doctor referral is not required to visit our clinic if you are a private pay client. A physician referral helps to establish medical necessity. Most health insurance plans require a physician referral.   • How do you bill me for my services?
    You will receive a Good Faith Estimate to estimate how much you may be charged for your services if you are not using insurance. Hollie Fleming Speech Therapy accepts most major credit and debit cards including Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards. Your card on file will be charged the day of your service. If you are using health insurance to pay for your visit your payment due at the time of service will depend on your coverage, copay amount, coinsurance amount, and deducible.
  • Do I need an evaluation?
    If you are new client you will need an evaluation so we can work with you to determine your needs, goals, and plan of care. Please provide a copy of any IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) or previous speech language pathology documents (such as from home health care or rehabilitation) if you are interested in targeting those goals.
  • Do I need to complete paperwork prior to my visit?
    Yes. Hollie Fleming Speech Therapy is a paperless practice. That means you will be invited to setup a HIPAA-compliant Client Portal. This is where you may view upcoming appointments, request new appointments, complete paperwork, and send us secure messages. If you would like assistance completing your paperwork in the office, just let us know. We are happy to be of service.
  • Do you have a Military Discount?
    Yes! Hollie Fleming Speech Therapy is military spouse owned and operated. Thank you for supporting us. We love military families. We are in network with Tricare.
