Born and raised in Las Vegas, Marisa is passionate about helping children and adults develop meaningful and functional communication skills.

She enjoys working with the pediatric population and has a special interest in multimodal communication, including Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). Marisa is dedicated to helping each child find the communication tools that work best for them, whether through speech, visuals, gestures, or AAC devices.

Outside of her clinical work, Marisa enjoys spending time with her family and animals, being outdoors, traveling, and staying active.
